Histopathology, Anatomy, Chemical Pathology, Dentistry, Accident &
Emergency, Pharmacology, and Forensic Medicine.

with requthe ired criteria can apply till 9th September 2022
Attested Document Required:
- MBBS degree & detail marks sheets of all
professional examinations.
- PM&DC/PMC valid permanent registration
certificate.
- Copy of publications (if any) in approved journals
from PM&DC/PMC1PubMed Indexed & HEC. Domicile Certificate.
- Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC).
- Relevant subject/specialty-related experience
certificate from Public Sector & any Private Teaching Hospital recognized by PMC
for Postgraduation Training.
- One passport-size photograph duly attested from the
backside.
- Those having foreign qualifications are required to
submit HEC/PMDC/PMC equivalency certificate.

Copy of Inter Branch Transaction must be
attached with the application form. Forms are also available from the account
section of FPGMI, Lahore on Payment of Rs. 2000/-.
